You show your Rheintaler to one of our network partners and you have difficulties getting the added value* shown?

Don't be angry straight away, because our network partners are just people like you and us and it can happen that an employee has not been informed about the Rheintaler, especially in companies where staff changes are not uncommon.

Or you visit a network partner who is presented in our brochure or on our website and realise that this partner no longer exists because, for example, the business has closed down completely or the operator has changed and we have not been informed of this fact; this can also happen.

In this case, we would be pleased if you could let us know here.

Whatever your concern, whether it is a notification or a complaint, we will get in touch with you and help you clarify the matter.
