Two singers, two extraordinary biographies: the Italian Milva, who became famous in Germany in the 1980s with songs such as "Hurra, wir leben noch" and "Die Gedanken sind frei", but was actually a gifted chanson singer, and Alexandra, known for hits such as "Mein Freund der Baum". The evening is a necessary rediscovery of these two artists, who were among the greats of the music business in Germany and Italy in their time, the late eighties. A journey to wonderful chansons, ballads and hits and a life that sometimes resembles a detective story.

Silva Heil (vocals) and Uli Cleves (piano) thrilled audiences last year in the Philippsburg with "La vie en rose", their homage to Edith Piaf and Marlene Dietrich.

Now it's time for the new programme, which was written and performed especially for the Kultursommer Rheinland-Pfalz. An evening of music that gets under your skin. Highly recommended!
