We start at the VDP wine estate Toni Jost with a wine tasting and Stübers starters. This will be followed by a menu focusing on fish at the Rhein-Hotel, with accompanying winemaker and supervising chef
Saturday:
8.00 to 10.30 a.m.:
Large breakfast buffet
1.00 p.m.:
Culinary city tour through Bacharach with tasting of the new vintage and well-aged wines, plus street food from Stübers
Evening:
Slow Food menu focusing on game with accompanying winemaker and supervising chef
Sunday:
8.00 to 10.30 a.m.: large breakfast buffet
