The philosophy of our establishment is based on the Roman general Lucullus, who was renowned for his sumptuous banquets and loved to entertain in his extensive and lovingly designed gardens.
In this spirit, we want our guests to forget the time and immerse themselves in the LUCULLUS experience in our hotel, restaurant, beer garden or gourmet garden.
Our mission
In Bad Neuenahr, located at the foot of the vineyards, the Gesellschaft für angewandte Wissenschaften mbH opened the HoGa training centre in September 2007.
LUCULLUS is a training hotel with the mission of providing young people with special needs with qualified training in the professions of assistant chef and domestic helper. The aim is to teach them the basics of fresh and seasonal cuisine and how to present it appetisingly to guests.
The programme is complemented by work on the floors. Six lovingly and individually furnished hotel rooms offer our overnight guests a pleasant stay in the beautiful Ahr Valley.
