LORELEY

LORELEY
LORELEY

There have been man-killing blondes on the Rhine before.

But as there was no television and therefore fortunately no casting shows, our blonde had to use an oversized comb to attract attention.
With her certainly outstanding voice, she would not only have sung harmless skippers to their doom, but also Dieter Bohlen and the like, and we would have been spared a lot today.

Heinrich Heine wrote what is probably the world's most famous song about the Loreley in 1823. "I don't know what it means...". This is a general cultural asset and Heine would certainly not have become Germany's superstar because of this fact. Thank goodness things were different in the past.
