The Dominformation Centre, located directly at the main entrance (market portal), provides information on church services and visiting times, sells concert tickets, souvenirs and other items relating to Mainz Cathedral. An art guide to Mainz Cathedral is also available in various languages.
Individual visitors and visitor groups have the opportunity to visit the cathedral as part of a guided tour. Official guided tours of the cathedral are organised by the Cathedral Information Office or the Mainz Tourist Information Centre with trained tour guides.
It is also possible to explore the cathedral independently. Guide booklets in various languages and an audio guide are available for this purpose. Available from the Dominformation Centre.
