The almost 500-year-old romantic inn with the comfort of a 5-star hotel welcomes visitors in the heart of the Rheingau, in Rüdesheim-Assmannshausen on the Rhine, in the centre of the Upper Middle Rhine Valley World Heritage Site at the foot of the world-famous red wine vineyard of the Assmannshäuser Spätburgunder.

In the classic Kronenstube you can expect down-to-earth dishes with regional and Mediterranean accents. Enjoy coffee and cake, a glass of wine or a refreshing beer combined with a Rheingau snack on our weather-protected outdoor terrace with a marvellous view of the Rhine.

We are also happy to offer you our 66 rooms and suites for wedding celebrations. The very stylish, individually furnished rooms, junior suites and luxury suites are partly equipped with their own sauna and open fireplace and are available for you and your guests.
